We are seeking an in-office , versatile Technology Solutions Specialist to join our team in Bartow, FL

About The Role

This role is ideal for an IT generalist with strong troubleshooting skills and a passion for customer service. Responsibilities include maintaining and deploying technology inventory, supporting Microsoft Teams Phone System and Office 365 tools, resolving service desk requests, and developing user guides and training documentation while delivering proactive support initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have experience in technical support roles, and strong skills in Windows 11, Microsoft 365 Admin, and enterprise IT environments. Excellent communication, documentation, and multitasking abilities are essential, along with a willingness to travel in and / or out of state.

Associate's degree or an equivalent combination of relevant education and / or experience or a related field and experience working in a technical support role.

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field and experience working in a technical support role.
