This Inside Sales Representative role is a fantastic opportunity to drive sales growth, build lasting customer connections, and support a dedicated outside sales team. You’ll promote a diverse portfolio of technical products and solutions—helping customers find the right fit while playing a key role in expanding our market reach.

What You’ll Do :

  • Promote and sell a variety of products and services, prepare customized quotes, and present tailored solutions to customers
  • Manage customer accounts by answering inquiries and maintaining accurate - records
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with new and existing customers
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and expand client base
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery

Who We’re Looking For :

  • 1 to 4 years of inside sales or related experience
  • Basic understanding of electrical concepts and reserve power systems
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in English
  • Comfortable working independently and within a team environment
  • Occasional travel between offices and customer sites required
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

    • Pre-Employment Requirements :

  • Successful completion of a blood draw, non-DOT physical, and 9-panel drug screen (no THC)
