Ecommerce Operations Specialist

Job Description

This position is hybrid, required to be onsite at Corporate on specified days, - currently located in Denton, TX and relocating to Legacy West in Plano in late fall 2025.

Essential Function

This position is responsible for helping execute the front-end experience of our marketplace businesses. Ensuring sales performance of Sally Beauty sales on Amazon, Walmart, DoorDash, Instacart, and Uber and more. Helping with identification of ways to optimize listings and landing pages. Watching channel health and task lists to ensure operations run smoothly to pave the way for the Marketplace growth strategy. This role will also assist with operations on the SB.com promotions business.

Primary Duties

Content & Optimization

• Proactively audit and update 50+ listings per month across traditional marketplaces
• Maintain a rolling content calendar for listing refreshes across all marketplaces
• Standardize image / video assets (lifestyle, how-to) across platforms
• Ensure brand standards and compliance across all channels (titles, bullets, ingredient claims, images)
• Run monthly A / B tests on titles, images, and bullets with documented learnings

The work environment involves everyday risks or discomforts which require normal safety precautions typical of such places as offices, meeting and training rooms, retail stores, and residences or commercial vehicles, e.g., use of safe work practices with office equipment, avoidance of trips and falls, observance of fire regulations and traffic signals, etc. The work area is adequately lighted, heated, and ventilated.
