Schedule :

Full-time | Monday–Friday | Some flexibility required for pre-bid site visits

Position Summary

The Estimator will be responsible for preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates for site and civil construction projects. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with engineers, project managers, and vendors to ensure competitive and profitable bids.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop precise estimates for labor, equipment, and materials required for each project
• Utilize computer-based software to perform take-offs, quantity measurements, and cross-section calculations
• Review proposal specifications and construction drawings to understand project scope and complexity
• Solicit and analyze material and subcontractor pricing through competitive quotes and negotiated terms
• Prepare written proposals, cost breakdowns, and budgets for management review
• Attend site visits and pre-bid meetings as necessary
