Base Pay Range

$200,000.00 / yr – $300,000.00 / yr

The Role

• Define and execute origination strategy across the mid‑upper market, focusing on technology‑oriented sponsor‑led opportunities.
• Lead sponsor coverage efforts, owning relationships at partner and MD level across private equity firms.
• Oversee the full origination lifecycle, from idea generation through to structuring, negotiation, and closing.
• Build and manage a high‑performing origination team, instilling accountability, precision, and commercial excellence.
• Partner with the investment committee, underwriting, and portfolio leadership to align sourcing with fund objectives and risk appetite.
• Act as a visible market leader, representing the firm across the private capital community and contributing to thought leadership initiatives.
• Drive origination performance metrics, ensuring sustained deal flow and high conversion.
