Requirements & Credentials

License : Must be currently active COTA license

Experience : Less than 1 year acceptable (new grads okay)

Background & Credentialing Checklist : Standard Reliant credentialing applies (resume, license verification, references, criminal searches, sex offender search, PPD, etc.)
