Job descriptionMedical, dental, and vision benefits provided. Expansion of benefits include an onsite clinic for employees and their families who can benefit at no charge, including labs and PCP work. X-rays are provided at a discounted rate. Additional medical coverage provided by Cigna for as little as $30 / month in premium costs 24 / 7 wellness facility included at no charge including kickboxing, aerobics, etc. AD&D and supplemental life insurance Pension and 401k with 4% employer contribution PTO : Years 1 - 5, an employee will accrue 5.85 hours of leave, per pay period. 13 paid holidays including Juneteenth Must have graduated from an accredited school of medicine with a Doctor of Medicine Degree (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy degree (DO). Must possess a State of Tennessee medical license or have applied for licensure in the State of Tennessee. Must possess a Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration. Must have completed residency in Family Practice and must be board certified or eligible for board certification in Family Practice within one (1) year of date of hire. Must possess a valid driver's license. Prefer 1 year or more of leadership or management experience within a clinical or hospital setting is preferred.
