Matrimonial Paralegal

We are seeking a Matrimonial / Family Law Paralegal to join our growing law firm. The ideal candidate excels in a fast-paced environment, organized and detail-oriented.

Must have 3 years experience specifically in family / matrimonial law is required.

• Document preparation
• Experience with uncontested divorces
• Initial consultation calls
• Completing client intakes
• Client interaction both verbal and written
• Drafting letters and legal documents such as discovery demands, pleadings and subpoenas
• E-filing
• Strong research and writing skills
• Tracking court cases
• Assist attorneys and clients with the preparation and filing of family court petitions, summons & answers and motion practice
• Tech savvy / MS Office
• Punctual and good work ethic

Pay is based on a 35 hr work week.
