We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Project Manager for our growing Construction business. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong background in the construction industry, particularly in civil, rezoning, entitlements, design, multifamily, and construction. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing and delivering large-scale, complex construction projects on time and within budget. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our company, while working in a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding environment.

Responsibilities :

• Manage all aspects of construction projects, including initial planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure project goals are met.
• Oversee the rezoning and entitlement process, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Lead the design process, working closely with designers and architects to ensure the project meets the client's needs and expectations.
• Manage multifamily construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to mitigate risks.
• Foster positive relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and resolution of any issues.
• Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with health and safety regulations.
