Job description

Business Development Executive

Amenie is a leading provider of high-quality hotel and spa amenities, committed to enhancing guest experiences in the hospitality industry. Our product lines are meticulously crafted to cater to the unique needs of hotels, resorts, and spas. As we expand our market presence, we seek a seasoned Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team.

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Professional with a proven track record in selling hotel amenities or similar products within the hospitality industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, forging strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base within the hotel and resort sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the hospitality industry, focusing on hotels, resorts, and spas.
  • Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers, including hotel managers, purchasing directors, and procurement teams.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets and support market expansion.
  • Collaborate closely with our merchandising and product development teams to ensure that we effectively source and deliver products that meet our customers' diverse needs.
  • Effectively present and promote our product lines, emphasizing our offerings' unique value and quality.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to refine sales strategies continually.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years in business development, sales, or account management within the hospitality industry, specifically focusing on hotel amenities or related products.
  • Strong contacts within the hotel sector, particularly in luxury and high-end properties.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with a solid track record of closing deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
