Resolve escalated issues : Handle complex customer complaints and inquiries that require advanced knowledge and problem-solving skills.
Investigate and research : Conduct investigative steps to understand the root cause of issues, research product information, and review financial transactions or files.
Coordinate and collaborate : Work with various internal teams and departments to ensure issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Ensure compliance : Adhere to all company policies, internal standards, and regulatory guidelines during investigations and resolutions.
Communicate effectively : Provide clear, professional communication with customers, management, and other stakeholders.
Maintain records : Keep accurate records of customer interactions, case resolutions, and data for reporting purposes.
Identify process improvements : Analyze trends and provide feedback to improve customer service processes and prevent future escalations.
Job Type & Location : This is a contract to hire position based out of Honolulu, HI.
Pay and Benefits : The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
