General Labor, Bakery- Case Packer

In this role, you will assemble cases, pack products, and ensure that all packaging meets safety, legality, and quality standards. Key responsibilities include maintaining inventory, operating packaging equipment, and keeping the work area clean.

Responsibilities :

• Maintains number of cases needed, and communicates to the Lead when running low.
• Assembles cases used for packaging of par bake cookies and packing of clam shells into cases. Confirms that all clamshells are fully packed.
• Passes packed cases through tape machine on conveyor, and ensures cases are properly sealed. Changes tape roll on tape machine when needed or required.
• On Thaw & Serve packaging, Case Erector applies labels to cases and hand tapes cases for preparation of packing.
• Maintains cleanliness of work area.
• Follows rules and regulations to ensure food safety, quality, and legality.
• Establishes and maintains effective working relationships.

Shift : 2nd

Hourly Rate : $18-$19 / hr
