Responsibilities

• As an Advanced Tire Technician, you'll play a key role in replacing, repairing, and rotating tires on customer vehicles. This position offers hands-on training geared towards helping you build the skills needed for more advanced roles.
• Install and repair tires.
• Operate balancers and tire machines.
• Complete work orders accurately.
• Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.
• Assist customers and co-workers as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service, and meet the customer needs.
• Promote a safe and collaborative work environment.

Compensation

Pay : $17.00 per hour effective rate. Our Advance Tire Technicians are paid weekly, including base pay, overtime, and tire spiffs. They are also eligible to participate in the monthly store bonus.
