Your role :
The General Manager provides strategic direction, maintains operations, and drives results through people development, sales, and growth. General Managers hire, train, and coach through company values to uphold standards and achieve the company mission. High school diploma or GED requiredMinimum of three years of service industry experience and two years of management / leadership experienceMust be a minimum of 21 years of ageAble to lift up to 50 lbsAbility to stand for the entirety of a shiftWillingness and ability to work some nights, weekends, and holidaysMaintain consistent attendance and punctualityAdhere to the written scheduleMaintain a weekly schedule of 42-44 in-shop hoursCompensation
