Manufacturing Engineer - Closed Die Forging

Reports To : Engineering Manager

Summary :

The Manufacturing Engineer, Closed Die Forging is responsible for the design, development, and implementation of closed die forging processes. This includes the selection of materials, tooling, and process parameters. The Manufacturing Engineer will also be responsible for the safety of the closed die forging environment and the coordination of activities with other departments.

Responsibilities :

• Design and develop closed die forging processes
• Select materials, tooling, and process parameters
• Ensure the safety of the closed die forging environment
• Coordinate activities with other departments
• Conduct research and development activities
• Train and mentor other engineers
