Dean of Nursing / Administrator

Salary Range : $110,000–$115,000 annually

Schedule : Full-Time | Academic Leadership | Onsite

Requirements to Apply

• Master's degree in Nursing (Doctorate or DNP preferred)
• Current or eligible Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Dakota
• Minimum of 2 years of full-time nursing faculty teaching experience within the past 5 years
• 3–5 years of progressive leadership or management experience in an academic or clinical setting
• At least 2 years of direct patient care experience as a practicing nurse
• Proven expertise in curriculum development, accreditation, and regulatory compliance
• Exceptional communication, mentoring, and organizational leadership skills
