SUMMARY

Concrete Coring Company, a company within the BSNC family, is currently seeking a qualified Laborer for Anchorage AK, to join our team. We offer competitive pay and opportunities for advancement.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The Essential Duties and Responsibilities are intended to present a descriptive list of the range of duties performed for this position and are not intended to reflect all duties performed within the job. Other duties may be assigned.

• Work closely and support a variety of skilled trades and construction activities
• Follow directives from foreman and remain productive
• Load, offload, move and organize supplies, material, tools, and small equipment at company yards and job sites.
• Prepare work sites, maintain safe work sites.
• Perform trade for long hours, day after day, often in adverse conditions, to complete the project at hand
• Duty to conduct oneself in the best interest of the company while on the job or representing CCC
• Willing to travel

NECESSARY PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Employee must maintain a constant state of mental alertness at all times. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Will be required to load, offload, move and organize supplies, material, tools, and small equipment at company yards and job sites. Must be able to lift 50lbs. Must be able to pass a pre placement fit for duty exam.

Work Environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be borne by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

This is a construction field position; indoor and outdoor work will be required. Potential for extreme weather conditions.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

ADDITIONAL QUALIFYING FACTORS

As a condition of employment, you will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and have acceptable background check results. If applicable to the contract, you must also obtain the appropriate clearance levels required and be able to obtain access to military installations.
