Essential Functions and Primary Duties :
Facilitates client meetings, client presentations and internal team meetingsIndependently determines methodologies and approach for projectLead the development of client deliverables including written documentsManage timelines including completion of client deliverables (Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, etc.)Ensures all work products are technically peer reviewed and submitted for consulting reviewActively communicates project status updates with internal team (junior and senior members)Act as a resource for support staffSupports business development activitiesHybrid work schedule available for local candidates and remote work available for candidates residing outside of the Phoenix areaPreferred Qualifications :
1-3 years of experience in related field, or an internship1-3 years of relevant experience in a professional environment performing actuarial, data, financial or health care related analyses and consultingAchieve professional certifications relative to area of expertise, and preserve required licensesThorough understanding of health care delivery, with emphasis on MedicaidStrong analytical and critical thinking skillsExpertise using Microsoft Office suitePresentation skillsProficient use of applicable technologyDemonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing within all levels of an organization, both internally and externallyAbility to communicate, present findings, and recommendations to other team members in a clear formatAbility to comprehend, manipulate, and interpret statistical dataAbility to travel based on client and business needsExperience working within a team environmentMinimum Qualifications :
