Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Site Manager located in Cook County, IL. The Construction Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, ensuring safety and compliance, managing site teams, coordinating with various stakeholders, and maintaining project schedules. The role also includes planning, cost control, and budgeting to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Site Management and Construction Site Management skills
• Experience in Planning, Cost Control, and Budgeting
• Ability to lead and manage site teams effectively
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Relevant certifications in construction management are a plus
• Experience in managing large-scale construction projects is highly desirable
