Purpose : The Manager Medical Excellence and Innovation will be responsible for executing and managing the day-to-day tactical activities within DePuy Synthes Medical & Scientific Affairs. This role will ensure the seamless implementation of strategic initiatives drive operational efficiency and support cross-functional collaborations to advance medical excellence and innovation.

You will :

Operational Execution

• Develop and deploy templates for medica strategy for new products including strategic imperatives and impact goals for the medical communicational strategy.
• Support development of the Product Core Narrative
• Coordinate and support medical onboarding and training activities for MSLs.
• Support the execution of the Medical Science Liaison (MSL) strategy including planning and engagement with external experts.
• Support development of content for MSLs Scientific Exchange.

$117000-$200000

Additional Description for Pay Transparency :
