Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Line Cook at Acre Restaurant, located in Memphis, TN. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items to the restaurant's high-quality standards, ensuring proper food presentation, and maintaining sanitation standards in the kitchen. Day-to-day tasks also include assisting in food preparation, organizing kitchen inventory, and collaborating with team members to deliver an exceptional dining experience. Additional responsibilities may include managing food storage and ensuring kitchen equipment is functioning properly.
