Job descriptionPromote a safe environment and maintain clear pathways while providing care. Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and oral hygiene. Support ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises. Follow the assignment sheet / service plan, performing only the tasks assigned. Recognize, report, and document any changes in patient / client conditions to your supervisor. A high school diploma (or equivalent). An active Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA) in Michigan. Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations. A compassionate nature, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
