Position Summary :

Ships and receives all goods to and from vendors and customers. Responsible for organizing, sorting, and transferring goods from one department to another. Ensuring proper packing techniques and shipping practices are followed. Hours of Operation is 8 : 30am-5 : 30pm M-F, occasionally on-call.

Essential Duties :

• Process FedEx, UPS, DHL small package and LTL shipments as well as possessing a complete understanding of international shipping requirements
• Collaborates and communicates with multiple departments in the shipment and receipt of products
• Process daily Sales Orders and Return Merchandise Authorizations
• Tracks, traces, and updates the status of incoming and outgoing shipments
• Creation of international shipping documentation as required, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and any necessary certificates
• Promptly unloads trucks and deliveries and sorts and stocks receivables
• Manage the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies
• Maintain a clean work area
• Support Quality initiatives as it pertains to the organization and the role
• Pack, repack, and sort goods as needed
• Monitor packing supplies
