Job description

Occupational Therapist Role $2,000 to $2,200 per week

Occupational Therapist (OT) - Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) - Milford, Delaware

Are you an Occupational Therapist looking for a rewarding opportunity in a skilled nursing setting? Join our team in Milford, Delaware, where you'll make a direct impact on patient recovery and independence.

What You'll Do :

  • Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for residents.
  • Work closely with an interdisciplinary team to improve patients' mobility and daily living skills.
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on adaptive techniques and therapeutic exercises.
  • Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with facility and state guidelines.

What We're Looking For :

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist in Delaware (or eligibility to obtain).
  • Experience in a SNF setting is a plus but not required.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
