Guide local businesses from discovery to signed agreement, then anchor adoption for early wins.
What you’ll do
Convert routed demos / inbound; add light self-sourced meetings.
Build tailored proposals; negotiate & close .
Update commit categories weekly; keep forecasts honest.
Manage first-month adoption; surface upsell paths.
Share market intel to enhance messaging.
What you’ll bring
B2B sales experience (tech / telecom preferred).
Relationship-led selling with strong objection handling.
CRM proficiency; KPI comfort.
Organized, coachable; U.S. work authorization.
Spanish a plus.
Compensation & benefits
Commission-based with paid onboarding and performance bonuses.
OTE $50,000–$90,000+ .
