Job descriptionMultispecialty FQHC Facility providing community health care for the Albuquerque and Santa Fe communities Founded in 1996 with 3 locations. Inclusive “We Care” culture Location : Santa Fe, NM Family Medicine Primary Care Average Volume : 20 patients per day (2.6 per hour) Hours of Operation : Monday - Friday : 8a-5p 32 Hours of Clinical 8 hours Admin per week System-wide Athena EMR Providing evaluations, treatment, and medication management in the outpatient setting. Patient population is of all ages. Provide the full scope of primary medical care to patients including diagnosis and treatment of a broad range of conditions. The Physician will also document patient visits and monitor and facilitate other activities related to patient care. Board Certified / Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Pediatrics, or Internal medicine. Able to hold a New Mexico state Medical License Rich cultural and historical diversity. 310 days of sunshine, combined with a mild, dry climate and four distinct seasons!
