DOT Semi Medical Courier Job Description

Medical Courier- is responsible for transporting medical items from one location to another per our client's request. This includes loading items into company vehicle, driving to a specified destination, and unloading items per company procedures. Additionally, couriers are responsible for properly

caring for the all items while in their possession.

Hourly Rate :  $26.00 Responsibilities

• Driving the company vehicle with strict attention to safety and efficiency
• Delivering the correct items to the correct destination
• Interacting with clients and co-workers in a polite and professional manner
• Loading items into company vehicle safely and securely
• Delivering items on time in an efficient manner
• Ensuring specimens, medicines, equipment or documents are always properly cared for and secured
• Must be HIPAA compliant at all times
• Maintain delivery records
• General care for the condition of the company vehicle
• Maintain vehicle maintenance
• Communicate with the main office through mobile device
• Performs all duties in conformance to appropriate safety and security standards.
• Other duties as assigned
