  • Competitive Compensation : Salary range of $330,000 to $390,000 annually.

  • Paid Time Off : Physicians earn 26 days of annual leave, 13 days of sick leave, 11 federal holidays per year, and up to 5 days for authorized absence to attend CME training.
  • Life Insurance : Coverage through the Federal Employees’ Group Life Insurance (FEGLI).
  • Malpractice Liability Protection : Includes free liability protection with tail coverage provided.
  • Continuing Medical Education (CME) : Reimbursement available for CME expenses, supporting your professional growth.
