We're looking for a highly strategic and experienced VP, Head of Enterprise Platforms & User Experience to join our Digital Enterprise Capabilities (DEC) organization, reporting directly to the Chief Digital Officer. This critical leadership role is responsible for overseeing and advancing all enterprise technology platforms and services that underpin our biotechnology company's operations.
As part of DEC's organizational evolution and continued growth, this role will consolidate Enterprise Platforms, strategic business partnering for Corporate Functions, and will lead Corporate Development initiatives. The role will drive the strategic vision, delivery, and operational excellence across a broad spectrum of enterprise capability domains. The role will deliver a platform of efficient, effective, and secure capabilities that empower our hybrid workforce (onsite and remote across multiple geographies) and enable our company to achieve high performance across people, process, and technology.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute the strategic vision for DEC Enterprise Platforms and User Experience in alignment with the company's overall business objectives.
Business Partnering : Act as a trusted advisor and partner to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis and market trends.
Enterprise Platforms : Oversee the management, integration, and utilization of enterprise platforms and capabilities to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Process Optimization : Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of information services.
Capability Operating Model : implement an end-to-end capability and product focused operating model, ensuring optimization of the enterprise environment; implement a systematic approach to strategic digital capabilities reviews with executive stakeholders.
Stakeholder Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and support for key initiatives.
Compliance : Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, maintaining the integrity and security of commercial information systems.
Critical Skills
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Minimum of 12 years of experience in commercial information services, data management, or a related field.
Proven track record of strategic leadership and business partnering at a senior level.
Proven ability to implement capability driven, digital operating models.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
Knowledge of industry regulations and standards related to commercial information services.

Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices and we strive to provide employees with total compensation packages that are market competitive. For this role, the full and complete base pay range is : $353,000.00 - $401,000.00
Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, and other pertinent factors. The goal is to ensure fair and competitive compensation aligned with the candidate's expertise and contributions, within the established pay framework and our Total Compensation philosophy. Internal equity considerations will also influence individual base pay decisions. This range will be reviewed on a regular basis.
At Jazz, your base pay is only one part of your total compensation package. The successful candidate may also be eligible for a discretionary annual cash bonus or incentive compensation (depending on the role), in accordance with the terms of the Company's Global Cash Bonus Plan or Incentive Compensation Plan, as well as discretionary equity grants in accordance with Jazz's Long Term Equity Incentive Plan.
