Outbound Chat Support Associate
Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Initiate proactive outbound chat communications with customers to address inquiries, provide assistance, and enhance user experience.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers by delivering timely and accurate responses to their queries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure their satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions in our CRM system accurately and efficiently.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for product and service improvements.
- Participate in training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.Proficiency in using chat support software and CRM tools.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in an outbound capacity.Preferred Skills
Experience in the Outsourcing / Offshoring industry.Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.Multi-lingual abilities are a plus.Prior experience in a sales or lead generation role.Working Conditions
