What you’ll do

As a Process Engineering Intern for our Paste-Packaging value stream, you will :

• Gain hands-on experience in a real-world manufacturing environment
• Provide production floor support to ensure smooth operations
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects focused on efficiency and quality
• Write and edit manufacturing instructions and standard operating procedures
• Assist in resolving non-conformances and implementing corrective actions
• Network with experienced engineers and contribute to meaningful innovations

What makes you a good fit

An undergraduate student graduating in 2027 or 2028 pursuing a degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Packaging Engineering or Industrial Engineering

Critical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities

Self-starter and fast learner, able to work independently

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Strong data analysis and interpretation skills

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Solid technical writing and documentation skills

Additional information

The salary for this role is $22-$27 / hour. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
