A company is looking for a Call Center Specialist - IC.
Key Responsibilities
Manage high volume of inbound and outbound calls while providing exceptional customer service
Schedule patient appointments and respond to inquiries regarding services and billing
Document patient interactions and maintain accurate call records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Required Qualifications
Associate degree preferred or equivalent relevant call center experience
1-2 years of experience in customer service, quality, or auditing
Bilingual in Spanish, Russian, Chinese, Bengali, or Korean required
Ability to pass a typing test with at least 40 WPM
Access to a reliable and high-speed Wi-Fi connection
