ServiceNow Privacy Management & Operational Resilience Engineer

Join Tata Consultancy Services to apply for the ServiceNow Privacy Management & Operational Resilience Engineer role. This position requires 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow modules and strong technical / functional skills in privacy, operational resilience, GRC, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop solutions within the ServiceNow Privacy Management module to manage Data Subject Requests (DSR / DSAR), privacy impact assessments (PIAs), and data mapping.
• Apply global data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, and others) and privacy concepts such as Privacy by Design, Data Processing Activities (DPA), Records of Processing Activities (RoPA), and Data Subject Access Requests (DSAR).
• Leverage ServiceNow Operational Resilience Management module to implement resilience principles, frameworks (e.g., NIST), regulatory requirements (DORA, FCA / PRA), and risk management concepts (Risk Assessment, Controls, Policies, Audit Management).
• Develop and maintain configuration scripts, business rules, UI policies, UI actions, script includes, ACLs, Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and integration hub for REST / SOAP services and MID Server.

Salary Range : $100,000 – $115,000 per year.
