What You’ll Do :

You’ll oversee our daily operations and lead a team of about 7 staff members, ensuring our key performance indicators (KPIs) are met, internal systems run smoothly, and our company culture thrives.

You’ll be responsible to :

Manage, coach, and develop a team of “A Players”

Track and report weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs—then drive action plans to improve them

Oversee hiring, onboarding, and training of all new staff

Manage payroll, employee files, certifications, and clinic inventory

Lead weekly staff meetings and monthly performance reviews

Ensure company rituals, culture, and values are lived out daily

Foster strong, lasting relationships with patients and partners

What We’re Looking For :

At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience

Strong analytical skills—able to connect daily actions to big-picture goals

Highly organized and detail-oriented—without letting anything fall through the cracks

Proactive problem-solver who thrives on ownership and follow-through

Comfortable with hiring, training, and when necessary—firing

Passion for team building, growth, and creating exceptional experiences
