Expect to work 12-hour shifts, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and respond to medical emergencies as needed.

Recommended qualifications include a valid respiratory therapist license, experience managing a wide range of respiratory devices, strong assessment skills, and the ability to work independently in various clinical settings. Experience in intensive care, emergency departments, or specialized pediatric and NICU roles is valued, and adaptability is key for travel assignments.
