We're excited to partner with a fantastic school district in Litchfield County, CT, to hire a compassionate and student-focused Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 2025-2026 school year. This district is open to both full-time and part-time hours.

This is an in-person role with no hybrid or remote options.

Position Details :

Guaranteed Hours : Up to 35

Schedule : Monday–Friday, full or part-time hours

Grade Levels : Elementary and Middle School, K–8

Responsibilities :

Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs).

Provide ongoing support and coaching to school staff and paraprofessionals.

Monitor and analyze student progress, adjusting interventions as needed.

Collaborate closely with IEP teams, related service providers, and families.

Ensure compliance with district policies and best practices in behavioral services.

Maintain detailed documentation and data collection.

Qualifications :

Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.

School-based or pediatric experience.

Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
