Responsibilities

• Assist in strategically maximizing store sales, achieving store sales goals and monitor sales progress and results against key targets.
• Foster a consumer-centric mindset and model selling behaviors through genuine interactions with customers.
• Provide direct feedback, coaching and supervision of the associates and the in-store experience.
• Help coach and lead a team to exceed sales results.
• Ensure the store team engages with each customer to create an authentic brand experience and assist with visual merchandising standards within the store.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, standards and practices that align with company directives.
• Foster a great consumer experience in all situations, leading by example.
