Position Summary : The Event Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business and increasing event bookings through proactive outreach, relationship management, and exceptional client service. This role focuses on developing partnerships, coordinating event logistics, and ensuring successful execution reflects the company’s brand standards. Key Responsibilities Sales & Outreach Identify, contact, and build relationships with potential clients, partners, and event planners. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly event revenue goals. Managing inbound event inquiries and converting leads to confirmed bookings. Attend networking events, trade shows, and community activities to promote services. Client Relations Serve as the primary point of contact for clients from inquiry through event completion. Prepare detailed proposals, contracts, and cost estimates. Ensure all client expectations are met through clear communication and attention to detail. Event Coordination Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, management) to plan and execute successful events. Oversee event setup, staffing, and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction. Manage event timelines, budgets, and post-event reports. Marketing & Promotions Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns for events. Track and analyze event performance metrics to improve future results. Qualifications Proven experience in event sales, hospitality, or business development (2–3 years preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
