Position Overview
The Operations Manager is part of the campus leadership team, responsible for overseeing all campus administrative functions. The individual in this role sets and maintains the administrative cadence of the operations team with the direction of the Campus President, ensuring the administrative team supports the Instructors, Director, Education and all customers both students and companies.

In This Position You Will Have The Opportunity To :
Drive the execution strategies established by Senior Leadership while managing and leading educational decisions that affect the campus.Ensure the administrative team develop yearly goals in collaboration with campus leadership and remain persistent in their execution.Refine and drive processes that guarantee the student administrative experience is efficient, timely, clear, and training schedules are optimized to enhance student experience and outcomes.Ensure that policies within company manuals and catalogs are adhered to and teams remain compliant with accrediting, local, state, and company standards.Responsible for leading and adjusting to campus KPI's that meet or exceed standards, to include campus graduation rates, employment verifications, attrition, and other education and business metrics.Support campus leadership staff in their missions for their respective departments, ensuring the administrative team accomplishes related functions timely, professionally, and accurately.Organize and host customers, utility companies, trade organizations, and others while using fluent knowledge of NLC program offerings and services.Manage respective campus budgets and inventory while complying with all financial and company policies and providing reporting to leadership.Drive commitment to campus staff to provide the highest level of student value by understanding who the student is and what they need NLC exists because of the student.Required Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or education equivalent.Minimum of 5 years management experience with operational and fiscal responsibilities.Technical Requirements / Core Competencies
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (to include PowerPoint and Excel)Experience working with Salesforce and NetSuite CRM (or comparable)Project management skillsScheduling experienceFinancial budgeting and general management experienceSalary
$74,571 - $82,858 annual salary, DOE + an outstanding benefits package
