Massachusetts Licensed Patient Engagement Specialist

A company is looking for a Patient Engagement Specialist with a MA Pharmacy License.

Key Responsibilities :

Proactively coordinate medication refills and adjudicate pharmacy claims

Make outbound patient refill calls and manage inbound inquiries

Clarify prescription orders and assist in process improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education :

1-3 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician preferred

High school diploma or GED required

State registered as a pharmacy technician; national certification preferred

Experience managing refills and working with clinical care teams preferred

Commitment to obtaining any additional required licensure
