Job description
A company is looking for a Bilingual Clinical Pharmacist (Temp-to-Hire).
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert-level medication therapy consultations to patients and providers
Review and evaluate patient medication profiles and promote adherence
Supervise the Clinical Care support team and assist with training new team members
Required Qualifications
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited college / university
Licensed Pharmacist in good standing; multiple state licenses are a plus
Bilingual fluency in English and either Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, or Korean
Completion of a PGY-1 residency or equivalent experience
Knowledge of chronic disease states and the ability to assess prescriptions appropriately
