The Lease Administration platform is designed to meet a wide range of client needs, from basic lease abstraction and tracking critical dates to comprehensive financial management of landlord invoices and reconciliation audits. We offer in-depth expertise and portfolio-wide data access, empowering our clients to make strategic real estate decisions that enhance their core business operations. Our Senior Operations Director, Financial Services oversees the management, leadership, and support of all new business initiatives, solution development, and operational functions within the Global Lease Administration service line tailored for financial services clients. Key responsibilities include crafting and communicating the operational vision, discovering innovative and efficient methods, advancing the Lease Administration platform and initiatives. Additionally, the role supports the Global Head of Lease Administration in meeting financial, operational, and client relationship objectives.

Sales

• Collaborate with financial services professionals to pursue and secure new lease administration business opportunities, offering tailored solutions that align with client needs.
• Enhance sales initiatives by crafting competitive pricing strategies, developing persuasive proposal materials, and showcasing our process and technology capabilities through impactful demonstrations.
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand client relationships, such as increasing portfolios under management, broadening the range of services offered, and extending contract durations. Coordinate with account leadership to ensure contracts remain up-to-date and that effective renewal strategies are implemented.
• Oversee special projects aimed at strengthening client engagement and driving new business efforts, ensuring successful outcomes and enhanced client satisfaction.

Estimated total compensation for this position : 120,000.00 180,000.00 USD per year. The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed.
