- Develop and execute pricing strategies aligned with margin initiatives, growth goals, and market dynamics.
- Lead pricing governance and policy development across product categories and customer segments.
- Build, manage, and track robust approaches to generating margin improvement opportunities through leveraging customer segmentation, price elasticity models, churn metrics, and data tools. Partner with Sales, Product Management, Finance, and Supply Chain to align pricing with business objectives.
- Provide pricing guidance and training to sales teams to ensure consistent execution.
- Oversee pricing systems and tools.
- Drive automation and digital transformation in pricing process.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and commercial excellence.
REQUIRED knowledge / skills / abilities and other minimum qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related Field8+ years of experience in pricing, finance, or commercial strategy, preferably in industrial distribution or manufacturing.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in pricing software, Excel and BI toolsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Proven ability to lead cross functional initiatives and drive results.Preferred Skills :
