Pediatric opening in Oregon -Located in La Grande, OR - Boise, ID 170m; Portland 260m.-Full Time & Permanent Position. Professional Details : -Outpatient Rural Health Clinic and Tier 4 Patient Centered Medical Home.-Four 10-hour days per week.-1 : 3 call (currently shared with 4 physicians).-Average 15-20 patients per day.-Scribe provided for providers that average 15+ patients per day.-Behavioral health and lab on site.-Fulltime, permanent.-Epic EMR.-1 : 1 Medical Support Staff. Oregon Tax Credit : The State of Oregon offers an income tax credit of $5,000 for physicians practicing in La Grande, which is equivalent to earning another estimated $9,930 in base salary not reflected in the numbers above. The Credit is applied to Oregon taxes before FICA tax and the estimate is based on tax brackets of 9% for State, 33% for Federal, 1.45% for Medicare and 6.2% for FICA.
