Associate Manager Of Restaurants
The Associate Manager of Restaurants will report to the Senior Manager of the Brand, Advertising, Media and Integrated Planning Team and is responsible for the marketing strategy, planning and execution of Laredo Taco Company, Raise the Roost Chicken and Biscuits and Speedy Caf campaigns that resonate with existing and growth customers across media channels.
Effective advertising starts with understanding the customer. This role will work closely with our insights team to understand key drivers of consumer behavior and turn those insights into actionable marketing strategies and plans. The Associate Manager also works closely with agency and analytics teams to define a measurement strategy and report results to leadership and key stakeholders.
Key Duties & Responsibilities :
- Understand and consistently evaluate the brands' core and growth target segments and the competitive landscape through management of research and analysis
- Collaborate with the Restaurant Teams to understand business strategy and objectives and translate them into brand and marketing strategy and goals
- Oversee the brand strategy, ad production and media planning for Restaurants to ensure campaigns are resonating with the target audience and delivering business results
- Plan and work with cross-functional partners and agencies to execute paid, owned, earned and shared media support for Restaurants across : Six sales plan periods and occasion-based mini campaigns (i.e., Cinco de Mayo, National Taco / Chicken Day, etc.)
- Three key segments In-store, Delivery and Catering
- Develop and maintain brand standards for all restaurants across new store design work and all marketing channels includes developing a local store marketing approach and toolkit
- Consistently manage marketing reports on a regular cadence
- Manage and present marketing QBRs with Marketing and Restaurant Leadership Teams
