Service Technician (Bilingual)

Continental Properties is looking for a motivated and empowered Service Technician to join our team of dedicated professionals at our beautiful Springs at Posner Park residential apartment community in Davenport FL.

You will provide above and beyond customer service and an unmatched level of personal attention to residents. You will address our residents service needs and will help maintain facility operations. You will report to the Service Supervisor.

• Additional earning potential through position-specific performance incentives
