Northside Medical Center, PLC in Ortonville, MN is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Family Medicine team. Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver comprehensive outpatient care across the lifespan, including preventive, acute, chronic disease management and prenatal care in coordination with Physician staff.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EPIC EMR.
