Description

• Required : Pega Senior System Architect Certification.
• Desired : Pega Robotics Automation experience.
• Highly technical, hands-on individual passionate about exploring and applying Pega technology to solve business problems.
• Experience with systems analysis, design, development, integration, enhancement, deployment, and application support.
• Experience leading deployment of new modules, upgrades, and fixes.
• Ability to review solutions to ensure alignment with customer objectives and industry best practices.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end IT process, including architecture, design, implementation, and operations.
• Proven ability to solve complex system and integration problems with innovative solutions.
• Working knowledge of Azure DevOps, including Pipelines, Releases, and Backlogs.
• Experience with end-to-end solution delivery in Pega.
• Leadership skills to lead project teams and ensure successful project implementation.
• Commitment to coding and quality standards, including conducting code / peer reviews, design reviews, and demos.
