Responsibilities include providing supervisory direction of craft personnel, acting as liaison between field engineering and project craft, coordinating with other superintendents and subcontractors, resolving employee conflicts, assisting in schedule planning, and ensuring project rules and procedures are followed.
Qualifications include the ability to travel within the region, 15+ years' work experience in the construction industry, previous knowledge / experience in vertical building settings, advanced knowledge of various construction disciplines, demonstrated ability to supervise and evaluate craft performance, strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, and a passion for safety.
Other requirements include regular attendance, effective communication, safe work practices, and the ability to work overtime and weekends as required.
Base compensation is $160,000 / yr - $168,000 / yr (Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skillset, and / or location).
