Job descriptionModern specialty clinic located on hospital campus 9 exam rooms and 1 dedicated procedure room Strong clinical support from dedicated CMA / MA and RN team Advanced Epic EMR with DAX AI transcription for seamless documentation Low-volume call Additional call compensated at $1,250 per shift Median income of $675,000+ while working just 175 days per year Free medical healthcare included with employment contract 401(k) retirement plan with hospital contributions $50,000 sign-on bonus Student loan repayment options available Generous CME allowance and full support for continued growth Innovative DAX AI technology reduces documentation burden and burnout MD or DO in Orthopedic Surgery Board Eligible (Board Certification preferred) Eligible for Washington state medical licensure Broad orthopedic surgical skillset Team-oriented with a passion for rural medicine Experienced surgeons encouraged to apply Located in the scenic Pacific Northwest , just outside Spokane, WA Friendly, tight-knit community with strong family values Affordable housing and high-performing local schools Convenient access to Spokane’s airport, shopping, and dining Year-round outdoor recreation : skiing, hiking, biking, fishing, and more Safe, welcoming atmosphere with exceptional quality of life
